G42 is an Abu Dhabi-based corporate AI and technology conglomerate backed by Mubadala, Microsoft (~$1.5B, 2024), SilverLake, and the Dalio Family Office. Operating under the mission "Enable Limitless Possibilities for All," it groups approximately ten subsidiary companies — including Presight, Inception, Core42, CPX, G42 Cloud, Bayanat, M42, and Yango — across four divisions: Digital Infrastructure and Cloud Computing, AI Security, High-impact Industry Solutions, and Investments.

G42 is NOT a public grant funder. It engages external organisations exclusively through bilateral, enquiry-based pathways: Strategic Teaming Agreements, Joint Ventures, Direct Investment, and Incubation. No open RFPs, no published call cycles, no stated eligibility criteria or award amounts are accessible to the general public.
