Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) is the state tax collection and administration authority. It manages individual and business income tax, sales tax, and statutory tax credits. DOR does not issue grants, awards, or discretionary funding. Its role in the Indiana incentive ecosystem is strictly tax-side: once IEDC or another certifying agency approves a credit, the taxpayer claims it on their Indiana return through DOR.
