The Commission wants one project to build capacity for the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Regulation across three strands: helping public authorities and hospitals deploy digital health services that support citizens' data rights, helping health-data holders describe and label their data for secondary use, and training service providers, especially SMEs, to support both groups.
