The Commission wants an EdTech-specific incubation and acceleration programme, mentoring, networking, consultancy, training and market access, for European EdTech start-ups and SMEs building generative-AI, robotics or extended-reality tools for education. Pilots must be tested in real schools, universities or training settings, with impact-assessment data gathered using human-centred design methods.
