Sports Volunteering Award
Awards cash prizes to volunteers for outstanding contributions to sport.
One overall winner and two runner-up finalists share a fixed prize pool for this volunteering category, with the winner receiving the largest cash prize and each finalist a smaller amount. Results are announced at a public award ceremony. EU Funding Portal gives no submission deadline or application steps for this category.
This category recognises individuals and organisations whose volunteer work has meaningfully advanced sport. It rewards leadership, dedication and community impact, and sits inside a wider set of EU sport recognition awards.
