Researching and piloting international partnerships that strengthen cultural policies and cultural and creative industries innovation. Projects must choose either creative-industries innovation beyond borders or international cultural relations for global resilience, and may build synergies between them. They should establish pilot projects, test approaches such as collaborative artistic work or intercultural dialogue, and create mechanisms for ongoing cooperation across Europe and partner regions. The work must include at least three beneficiary entities from Africa, the Far East, South-East Asia or Latin America, involve cultural and creative sectors from the outset, and address unequal access, gender and other intersectional factors where relevant.
