Investigate how cultural and creative sectors can accelerate a circular economy through frugal innovation, local knowledge, storytelling, community engagement and design. Proposals may focus on crafts-led circular innovation; adaptive reuse of built cultural heritage; food heritage and gastronomic innovation; or creative pathways and open circular design. Develop scalable, sustainable and inclusive business models, toolkits, indicators, training and policy guidance.
