Develop disaggregated evidence and implementable, person-centred interventions for labour inclusion and social protection of persons with disabilities. Study workplace accessibility, transport, reasonable accommodation, benefits, discrimination, employer practice, supported-to-open employment, self-employment, skills and the benefit trap. Address the life course, extra disability costs, disability types, sex and age, and involve persons with disabilities and representative organisations.
