Coordinating the launch of a European Nuclear Skills Academy: a single umbrella framework that sets shared curriculum standards and builds cross-border recognition of nuclear-sector qualifications and micro-credentials, from vocational training (EQF 3) through to university level (EQF 8). The project has to design targeted training for Small Modular Reactors and other advanced reactor designs, build the specialist expertise national safety regulators need to license and assess them, extend existing mobility schemes for the nuclear professions in shortest supply, and demonstrate real recognition of learning outcomes between training providers in at least two Member States.
