Access to Research Infrastructure Services for EU Priorities and Emerging Challenges
Funds €6M consortia that open Europe’s best research infrastructures to challenge-driven users and EU priorities.
This action makes leading research infrastructure usable by researchers and innovators wherever they are. Consortia should combine complementary facilities and offer clear trans-national, remote or virtual access, customised workflows, scientific and technical support, and training in the tools and data stewardship needed by new users.
Choose one challenge area and explicitly state it: integrated…
Provide trans-national, remote and virtual access to complementary, interdisciplinary European research-infrastructure services for challenge-driven R&I. Address one of six areas: cancer research; sustainable agrifood and agroecology; resilient polar ecosystems; circular and environmentally improved materials; next-generation semiconductors; or geosphere research and geohazards. Include at least one ESFRI Landmark or ERIC, publish a comprehensive services and installations portfolio, support users with training and technical help, connect data services to EOSC where relevant, and make access visible through the single-entry-point portal.
