Start-Up Nation — Second Session

As of 30 July 2026 the enrolment calendar, scoring grid, and session procedure had not yet been published, so applicants can currently only prepare their business plan and digital-component specification ahead of the official

Start-Up Nation supports newly founded Romanian businesses building out their first real operations, funding a broad business plan covering equipment, staff, and other start-up costs. Past editions have required a specific digital component as part of that plan, such as an online store, a web application, or a management system.
