P2R 2026 – Incentives for Start-Up of Companies in Border Problem Areas
Pays new Slovenian companies in border regions a EUR 30,000 lump sum start-up grant.
Money is paid as a single EUR 30,000 non-refundable lump sum, released once the company hits development and employment milestones set in the tender documentation, no later than 30 October 2026. It covers company launch, product development and market entry, and requires the company to create at least one full-time job.
The call supports micro and small enterprises registered between January 2025 and February 2026 that are headquartered in one of Slovenia's designated border problem areas, such as Ajdovščina, Kočevje, Lendava, Metlika or Tolmin. It is financed by the Ministry for Cohesion and Regional Development to strengthen entrepreneurship in regions facing structural development challenges.
