GRAPPA Innovation Open Call - Cut-off 2 is a GRAPPA grant that pays European SMEs lump-sum grants to develop and commercialise upcycled agri-food biomass products, processes and technologies, for projects already at technology readiness level 6 or higher delivering a new or improved process, product or service. A single SME or a consortium of up to three SMEs can apply, though a collaborative projโฆ
The call backs innovation projects that develop, adopt or commercialise upcycled ingredients and new products, processes, services or technologies that get more value out of agri-food biomass and side-streams, across food production and processing, nutraceuticals, cosmetics and biosolutions. Projects must already sit at technology readiness level 6 or higher and deliver a new or improved process, product or service, rather than early-stage research.
