Open to multidisciplinary teams of at least two people and early-stage startups incorporated in 2025 or later -- including university, research-organisation and academic-lab spin-offs -- building digital or deep-tech ventures at prototype, proof-of-concept or near-MVP stage. Teams must be based in an EU Member State or one of five Horizon Europe Associated Countries (Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye, Ukraine).
