This open topic funds circular-economy solutions specifically for urban manufacturing — production that uses local resources and serves local communities — to help manufacturers cut material use and pollution while supporting the EU's Clean Industrial Deal. It complements (and sits outside) a separate, larger EUR 600 million flagship Clean Industrial Deal call that covers heavier industries like chemicals, cement, steel and metals.
