EIC Accelerator Open 2025
Funds any deep-tech start-up or SME through the open, bottom-up strand of the EIC Accelerator 2025 call, with no fixed technology theme.
Applications run on a multiple cut-off model with two deadlines in the cycle, 12 March 2025 and 1 October 2025, through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal. Each award sits between EUR 500,000 and EUR 17,500,000 in EU contribution, drawn from a EUR 634 million pot shared across all EIC Accelerator 2025 topics. This is the open, bottom-up strand of EIC Accelerator 2025: unlike the parallel named challenge topics, it carries no set technology theme, so any start-up or SME with a deep-tech innovation can apply. It expects to fund 65 projects, more than four times as many as any single challenge topic in the same call.
