Towards autonomous robot collectives delivering collaborative tasks in dynamic unstructured construction environments

This Pathfinder Challenge wants breakthrough multi-robot systems for on-site construction assembly, moving beyond automating legacy diesel-era equipment toward true collaborative robot swarms. It wants each funded project to build a demonstration building system, an autonomous multi-robot collaborative platform, and prove a Technology Readiness Level 4 assembly demonstration combining the two, excluding on-site 3D printing of cementitious materials or polymers.
