Support for the Ukrainian tech SMEs and startups
Pays lump-sum grants of EUR 300,000 to 500,000 to Ukrainian deep-tech startups to validate their technology and become investment-ready.
Proposals are scored against detailed sub-criteria within each of the three award criteria. Excellence (pass mark 4/5) weighs the technology's novelty and commercial potential, how credible and feasible both the technology-maturation and business-development objectives are, and whether the timing fits the technology's current readiness level. This call funds deep-tech startups and SMEs with a high-impact technology, product, service or business model at minimum TRL 4, with the ambition and commitments to scale up. Grants must go toward civilian applications only, either validating market readiness for investment and commercialisation, or maturing technology from TRL 4 up to at least TRL 6-7.
