SEAI EV Fleet Assessment Support helps companies plan the electrification of their existing fleets. SEAI offers up to EUR 8,000 to companies looking to electrify some or all of their fleet and assigns an experienced assessor to review vehicles, routes, mileage, fuel consumption, and charging needs.

The support is open to large industries, SMEs, and semi-state bodies that want to decarbonise transport and do not know where to start. Applicants must have at least five company vehicles, and the support is not open to public sector bodies.

Support tiers are EUR 4,000 for fleets of 5 to 50 vehicles and EUR 8,000 for fleets of 51 or more vehicles. The output is an Excel and Word report setting out a pathway for electrification and a suggested charging plan.

EV fleet assessments for companies with at least five vehicles, including route suitability, vehicle replacement, charging plans, charging infrastructure, telematics, odometer readings, and fuel-spend analysis.
