NIDHI Seed Support Program (SSP)

Offers early-stage, DPIIT-registered Indian startups seed funding to become investment-ready.

AIC-RNTU Foundation disburses the seed support on behalf of the Department of Science and Technology, aiming to bridge startups from technology development to commercialization and prepare them to raise from angel investors, VCs, or bank loans. Funds can go toward technology and product development, market entry or scale-up, mentoring and IPR costs, or other areas the incubator's Seed Support Mana

The program targets early-stage, primarily science and technology startups that are DPIIT-registered companies in India, with a validated USP and clear customer value proposition. It excludes Indian subsidiaries of MNCs or foreign companies, requires at least 51% Indian promoter shareholding, and favours applicants who have not already received government funding.
