Matches part of the salary Goa IT companies pay to freshers for up to two years.
To even qualify as an applicant, the IT unit has to be structured as one of five specific legal forms -- a proprietorship, a private or public limited company, a registered partnership, or an LLP -- and both the unit's own bank account (or its partners'/directors') and each fresher's bank account have to be linked to Aadhaar before a claim can be processed. The scheme is open only to IT business units operating in Goa that hire fresh graduates. It funds a portion of the salary paid to each qualifying fresher, not general payroll costs.
