Hyundai Innovation Challenge 2026
Pays startups a PoC grant to co-develop mobility and automotive tech with Hyundai.
Over a 6-month program, selected startups co-develop real-world proof-of-concepts with Hyundai's HMC, HMIL and HMIE teams, using Hyundai's market access, R&D and technical infrastructure. Hyundai pays a grant for the proof-of-concept work, with potential testing and validation opportunities, follow-on investment and market exposure. The 2026 edition's applications are already closed.
Hyundai is looking for startups with cutting-edge solutions in electrification, new mobility, connectivity, ADAS and AI-driven vehicle tools, plus manufacturing and logistics themes like shop-floor automation, EV-charging monitoring and real-time vehicle tracking. Most of the listed problem statements are framed around India-specific road, traffic and operating conditions.
