Women/Transgender Productization Grant
Funds women- and transgender-led Kerala startups an extra ₹5 lakh in productization support.
This adds up to ₹5 lakh on top of the standard Productization Grant, for a combined ceiling of ₹12 lakh, released in milestone-based tranches after an agreement is signed with KSUM. Startups that already received the Scale-up Grant aren't eligible, and the same excluded costs apply: founder salaries, fixed assets, rent and major infrastructure.
KSUM wants startups in the Product Development stage where women or transgender founders hold at least 51% of the shares, converting a prototype into a market-ready product. Founders must be able to pitch and explain their product to the Expert Committee themselves.
