Grants J&K youth groups at least Rs. 2.5 lakh upfront subsidy for new community enterprises.

Mission Youth's Rise Together programme finances community-oriented enterprises in Jammu & Kashmir end to end, from production through marketing, with total project financing reaching up to Rs. 20 lakh -- capped at 80% of project cost. Mission Youth itself pays an upfront subsidy of at least Rs. 2.5 lakh or 10% of project cost, a partner bank lends up to 70% of the project cost (max Rs. 17.5 lakh)

The programme backs registered youth groups (minimum 3 members, all aged 18-35, at least 12th-standard educated) building community-oriented enterprises in Jammu & Kashmir, covering production through marketing. Preference goes to groups already registered as Self-Help Groups, Societies or Trusts, and every member must be unemployed and a domicile of J&K.
