OctaNE's Open Challenge Program looks for early-stage tech entrepreneurs and startups building innovative solutions in IT applications for graphic design, one of eight domains run across STPI's North-East India Centres of Entrepreneurship. Applicants must be a private limited company, registered partnership or LLP incorporated within the last 10 years (or founders applying pre-registration), with annual turnover under Rs.100 crore and not formed by splitting an existing business.
