ELEVATE Shakti is the women-led track of Karnataka's ELEVATE Grant-in-Aid program, open to any entity with a woman founder or co-founder (individually or as a group) holding at least 51% of the company. Like the other ELEVATE tracks, it is not limited to one industry — it targets any startup working on innovation or improvement of products, services or processes.
