The Internal Security Fund wants projects that dismantle organised networks trafficking in human beings across the EU, including poly-criminal networks, by strengthening cross-border and third-country operational cooperation, financial investigations, criminal-justice effectiveness and victim protection. Named areas include detecting trafficking earlier, including online and across all exploitation types (sexual, labour, forced begging, forced criminality, organ removal, child trafficking), and building structured public-private partnerships with online platforms, technology providers and financial service providers.
