The prize backs startups that want to use microgravity or the International Space Station National Lab for research and technology development, across any field -- past winners have spanned regenerative medicine, cancer research, nanomaterials, neurodegenerative disease models, and an injectable bone adhesive for fracture healing. It's only open to startups already inside a MassChallenge accelerator program, not a standalone open call.
