This is the third competitive round of a £50 million fund, with a further £15 million available this round to help projects progress towards being investment-ready. Public, private and charitable UK-registered organisations can apply, including consortiums and special purpose vehicles, provided a lead applicant is identified. Applications for this round close 3 July 2026 at 18:00.

The accelerator backs early-stage development of UK offshore wind supply chain and port infrastructure projects. Eligible work spans new or expanded factories building fixed, floating or deep-water offshore wind components; ports and wet-storage sites that support construction, assembly, operations, maintenance and supply chain activity; vessel building and repair yards; and facilities for testing and demonstrating offshore wind components. Portside logistics or manufacturing kit tied to a physical site, plus repurposing, upgrading or expanding existing facilities with a clear UK use case, are also eligible.
