Student clubs apply through a single Submittable form that bundles everything together: a two-page concept note, a budget and timeline with key milestones, and a letter from the institution itself confirming it will manage and oversee the money, not just a faculty member's endorsement. Projects don't need a technical component at all -- education, research, community engagement and plain experimen

Interledger on Campus backs student clubs and projects that explore how open financial systems work through hackathons, workshops, research or peer-driven learning. Clubs need a focus in one of these areas: governance, public policy, engineering, computer science, business, finance, or another related field.
