Hub71 Access Programme

Hub71's Access Programme is the main entry point for seed and Series A startups that want to build from Abu Dhabi. Hub71 positions itself as a global tech ecosystem anchored in Abu Dhabi, and Access is the flagship route for founders who are ready to relocate and plug into that network. Selected startups receive AED 250,000 in flexible in-kind incentives, AED 250,000 in cash through a SAFE note, and a further AED 250,000 performance top-up for high-performing teams committed to Abu Dhabi. The programme runs for 12 months in annual cohorts; Cohort 20 starts in February 2027, and applications reviewed after the August 2, 2026 deadline roll into the next cohort. Applicants must submit a startup overview, a pitch deck, and evidence that at least one founder will relocate long term and build a team in Abu Dhabi. The selection process is deliberate rather than fast: application review, founder meetings, partner community evaluation sessions, and a final committee decision. Teams that already have a credible product, a clear market, and a real intention to base operations in Abu Dhabi are the best fit, because Hub71 is buying commitment as much as it is providing capital and incentives.
