Hub71 Initiate Programme

Hub71 Initiate is Hub71's early-stage venture-builder-operated program in Abu Dhabi for founders at ideation or pre-MVP stage. It sits under Hub71 and is aimed at startups across FinTech and Digital Assets, ClimateTech, Life Sciences, EdTech, Mobility and Logistics, FoodTech, and AI. Applications are reviewed first by Hub71, then by venture builder partners. Hub71 does not provide direct funding at this stage, and it does not take equity itself. Instead, partner venture builders such as Fikra Ventures, Venture One, and SC Ventures set their own terms, which may include funding or equity. The program adds free office space and licensing in year one, while the venture builder covers year-two office space. The program works best for founders who want an Abu Dhabi launchpad, partner support, and an operating base more than a fixed capital package. Rolling intake through the venture-builder partners keeps entry open, and the screening emphasis is on fit, early traction, and whether the idea can move from ideation to a funded build.
