Hub71+ Life Sciences Programme

Hub71+ Life Sciences is Hub71's specialist life sciences accelerator under Hub71 in Abu Dhabi. It targets biotech, medtech, and broader life sciences startups that are willing to relocate at least one founder long-term to Abu Dhabi and build from there. The current cohort is Cohort 20, with applications due August 2 2026 and a February 2027 start. Selected startups receive AED 250,000 in flexible in-kind incentives, AED 250,000 in cash through a SAFE note, and high performers committed to Abu Dhabi can receive an additional AED 250,000 in exchange for more equity by the end of the 12-month program. The program runs as a 12-month accelerator and the application asks for a pitch deck and completed form. The strongest fit is a startup that can show a real product path in life sciences and make a credible Abu Dhabi commitment. Hub71 uses the program to attract teams that can anchor themselves in the emirate, and the structure rewards founders who are prepared for relocation, execution, and a longer build-out rather than a quick residency.
