Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund (MBRIF) is a Dubai-based sovereign innovation platform launched by the UAE Ministry of Finance and supported by Emirates Development Bank. Public materials frame it as a national innovation initiative named for Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, with 180+ global members, applicants from 89+ countries, and more than AED 2.8 billion raised by members. Its two operating routes are the Accelerator and the Guarantee Scheme. The Accelerator offers zero-equity mentorship, market-entry support, and access to experts and showcase opportunities. The Guarantee Scheme is government-backed financing that works with commercial lenders rather than equity investors, and the public pages do not publish a fixed award table; the guarantee is presented as flexible financing for growth-stage companies. The programme focuses on technology, education, clean energy, water, transport, health, and space. The process is selective and staged, beginning with eligibility checks and moving through qualification, evaluation, and final committee review or lender diligence. Best-fit applicants show product-market fit, a credible growth path, and a UAE presence or a commitment to establish one.

Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
