Antler US program

Antler is a global early-stage venture firm with cohorts in more than 25 cities. Its US program is the firm's pre-seed equity track for US-based founders building deep-tech companies. The record puts the initial check at $500,000 to $1 million and notes a roughly 10% to 15% stake. The program is open to for-profit companies, excludes nonprofits and individuals, and sits at TRL 1 to 3. It is rolling rather than tied to a single annual deadline, and the same backing cannot be stacked at the same time. The US track is therefore built for teams that want speed and a meaningful equity check early in company formation. The practical fit is strongest when a technical team can use the capital to build the first company structure, sharpen the product direction, and reach a stronger pre-seed position.
