Applicants submit an application form, a slide deck of up to 15 slides, and a short demo video or technical documentation showing proof of concept. Winners get 15 hours of expert coaching from ASML specialists, a spot presenting on stage at the Hello Tomorrow Summit in Amsterdam, and up to €4,000 to cover travel and accommodation for attending in person.
