Supports Queensland-based organisations running innovation-focused events by reimbursing qualified costs and strengthening links between businesses and researchers.

The Advance Queensland Innovation Events Fund provides $10,000–$25,000 (ex GST) to incorporated organisations headquartered in Queensland running innovation-focused events. Grants cover up to 50% of the event's cash budget; the applicant must match the remainder. Administered by DETSI under the Advance Queensland umbrella. Applications are submitted via SmartyGrants. Round 1 2026 was open 9 February – 16 March 2026; future rounds are expected.
