The Victorian Medical Research Acceleration Fund (VMRAF) was launched in 2017 by the Victorian Government. It provides annual competitive grants to accelerate health and medical research and fast-track translation into clinical and health practice. As of Round 8 (the most recent), the program funded 122 projects totalling over AUD 22 million.
