AWS Activate Founders Package
Provides AWS cloud credits for early-stage startups no partner required through the AWS Activate Founders Package.
AWS Activate Founders Package sits under Amazon Web Services' startup credits line. It is a global, rolling program for early-stage startups, and AWS frames it as a path into cloud and AI infrastructure rather than cash support. It offers up to $100,000 in AWS Promotional Credits for services including infrastructure, data services, and AI and machine learning models such as Amazon Bedrock. The credits are in kind, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire after 12 to 24 months. Eligibility is limited to for-profit companies that are pre-Series B, founded within the last 10 years, with an AWS account on a paid tier plan and a company website or profile. The package is built for founders already planning to run on AWS and able to turn credits into immediate spend. Applications are self-serve through the AWS Startups portal, so the practical test is whether the company is new enough, active enough, and ready to use the balance quickly.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
