PMV Start Loan
Supports Subordinated loan to companies in their first four operating in Flanders.
The PMV Start Loan is a subordinated loan product (NOT a grant) for newly started companies, self-employed individuals, and liberal professionals in their first four years of operation in the Flemish Region. Amounts up to €100k with a fixed 3.5% annual interest rate, repayment over 3–10 years, and up to two years of capital repayment grace. This instrument is out of scope for a grant catalog.
