Up to 20 Finalists are chosen and each awarded up to £100,000, plus expert and mentoring support from a water or wastewater company to strengthen their proposal. From that group, up to 10 Winners are selected in April 2027 and awarded up to £550,000 more to further grow their innovation, with continued technical and commercial support to prepare it for wider adoption across the water sector.
