The Technical Assistance Program (TAP) is CalOSBA's annual grant line for established nonprofit technical assistance providers in California. It succeeded the California Small Business Technical Assistance Expansion Program and directs about $23 million a year to centers that support small businesses, entrepreneurs, and underserved communities.
