This is a single-stage CEF Infrastructure Projects grant with a €180 million budget shared with the companion Studies call under the same CEF-DIG-2026-GATEWAYS call. Proposals submitted via the EU Funding & Tenders Portal are scored more favourably if they address priority submarine-cable resilience areas from the Commission's February 2026 CPEI list.
