This is a single-stage CEF Infrastructure Projects grant worth €20 million, submitted through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal with HaDEA running CEF Digital calls. Preparatory studies can be included as a separate work package and billed at the studies funding rate, though the higher works rate for outermost regions doesn't extend to that studies portion.
