Applicants submit a works proposal through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal before the 2026-10-06 deadline; the infrastructure must stay operational for at least five years after the grant ends. Costs for vehicles, land, permits and staff time are excluded, though on-site renewable generation and grid connection can be added as a smaller, capped part of the project.
