Applicants submit a studies, works, or mixed proposal — treating studies and works as separate sections where combined — through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal before the 2026-10-06 deadline, and must supply a Military Network Map Declaration alongside the standard CEF application form. Facilities funded under this call must stay open to all operators on a non-discriminatory basis.
