Funds the targets women entrepreneurs launching businesses in sectors with historically low female participation.

Capital Pioneras targets women entrepreneurs launching businesses in sectors with historically low female participation (sectores con menor participación femenina histórica). It provides CLP 3,500,000 per beneficiary: CLP 200,000–500,000 for business management and CLP 3,000,000–3,300,000 for assets/infrastructure/working capital. The beneficiary co-contribution is explicitly set at 3% of the SERCOTEC subsidy amount, plus applicable taxes. Applicants must be female, aged 18+, with no prior primera categoría tax registration, domiciled in the convocation region, and with no outstanding labor, pension, or tax debts. The specific sectors qualifying as male-dominated are defined in each regional convocation's bases.
