Funds the strengthens the management capacity and competitiveness of established micro and small enterprises and cooperatives in Chile.

Crece (Fondo Crece) strengthens the management capacity and competitiveness of established micro and small enterprises and cooperatives in Chile. Beneficiaries receive CLP 5,000,000 as a non-reimbursable subsidy to execute a work plan, with up to CLP 1,000,000 earmarked for business management activities (training, consulting, marketing) and the remainder directed to fixed or intangible assets, infrastructure, or working capital. Eligibility requires prior tax registration in primera categoría with Chile's SII (Servicio de Impuestos Internos) and annual net sales between 200 and 25,000 UF (approximately CLP 7.8M–975M as of 2026). Cooperatives qualify under the same threshold. The 2026 budget expansion added 188 beneficiaries versus 2025.
