About

A panel of expert analysts, advisors and judges reviews applications each year, narrowing the field to 16 finalists by July before naming eight laureates in September. Each laureate gets a flat $25,000 award and is honored at New York Climate Week. Climate Curve (formerly the Global Warming Mitigation Project) runs the prize with backing from the Global Methane Hub.
