Funds Shanghai International Scientific & Technological Cooperation Program to support eligible participants with practical resources, mentoring, and growth-oriented access.

The Shanghai International Scientific & Technological Cooperation Program (国际科技合作项目) funds bilateral R&D projects with partner countries. Four tracks: Topic 1 (up to CNY 700,000, max 50 projects), Topic 2 high-level joint research (up to CNY 3,000,000, max 4 projects), Topic 3.1 Belt & Road lab construction (up to CNY 1,500,000, max 5 projects), and Topic 3.2 young-scientist exchange (CNY 200,000–400,000). Partner countries include Finland, Hungary, Belarus, Brazil, Chile, Israel, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Germany, Sweden, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
